Chicago Dog Friendly Areas

Beginning March 1, 2006.  All dog owners will be required to have a permit to access any of the 10 dog friendly areas in the Chicago Park District.  Animal Ark Veterinary Clinic offers the dog friendly area permits for a fee of $5. Please call us to get your permit.

The Cook County Department of Animal and Rabies control will begin enforcement on March 1, 2006.  Violators will face fines of up to $500 per offense.
